Victoria Precision

Victoria Precision is a real-world case study: we worked with residents and organizations in Montréal’s Sainte-Marie neighborhood to redesign a social housing complex.

The process combined in-person workshops and an online participatory survey. AI tools supported visualization and synthesis of community input — but people stayed in the driver’s seat. It’s urbanism, but with extra inclusivity.
